IT acquires Pyxis solutions of USA

There is abosolutely no information about this Pyxis Solutions,LLC, a new york limited liability company , expect that it is in the core business of testing etc.
Do you have any information about the last 3 year record of this company, their clientelle, turnover, revenue etc etc.what is BAT's role in this accquisition through ITC Infotech (USA)Inc, what is this 12A & 13L ,Subsidary to the subsidary etc, something fishy washy in real sense.
I feel the minority investors i.e. the public will probably have the right to know the details of the same deal etc,I dont know what the corporate law has to say on the foriegn subsidaries of Indian companies are they governed by the laws of the country they are loacated.
It is always beter for ITC has a scrip to see a bottom at Rs.150.00 160.00 , consolidate from there and the move beyond Rs.200 to Rs.220.00 , otherwise it will remain a range bound stock tugged away between 160.00 to 194.00....

We had been hearing the music that ITC is a defensive stock and it is adviseable to buy ITC at time when the niffty starts its downward slide on weak sentiments and hence you will notice that the scrip had managed to stay range bound between Rs.160 to Rs.195.00 in the last few months, this had for some reason retarded the movement of the scrip upwards to above Rs.200/-
I feel that ITC as a scrip should first find its bottom bottom at a very cheap valuation and then consolidate and then grow, only then will it add value to the investors wealth, ortherwise in a year or two this would become a stock which is reduntant...

The good news is that ITC is buying out a leading overseas IT company, Atleast they had now realised that they have to put their investment and remain in sectors where it pays.
They had bungled by putting all their eggs in the FMCG business where the return was low and had severe competition,it is high time they should quit from certain FMCG business like confectionary, greeting cards,Atta(foods), otherwise these may be a drag in revenues in the future.
Their entire sales team right from the top have their expertise only in the tecnique of selling cigarettes which never required a push sales or targets at the retail counters like other FMCG products require, hence the team always had excuses for not achieving their targets when it came to confectionary and other FMCG business, they were backed by their inefficient bosses who had to cover up their difficiencies, most of these boses at the top were "yes sirs" and quite influencial and had clout with the directors or their blue eyed boys for some reason.that is the reason sychophancy in some organisation takes its toll over the years on revenues....

Dipan Mehta, Member, BSE/NSE is negative on ITC. The results for the company were not encouraging at all. They have been trying to make success out of the FMCG business but that continues to act as a drain on the performance of the company
