The company has enormous reserves, but the RONW is small, that does not sound desirable. The price / book value ratio is less than half, the investors seem not valuing the stock. The 1st quarter results were far form satisfactory. The market sentiment is not encouraging. So at this moment not planning any entry in this scrip. ...

It may fall, but the promoters are holding 65% approx; after buy back, their stake will go up to 72% approx considering that the buy back goes ahead. 13th October, I think is the date of the EGM. So, the management has confidence in the company's future which is one of the reasons for buy back. The prices may have come down but the number of shares in the market are few and most of them are not selling, so it seems. Just hold on or buy if are able to get it.
