you are right. holding this one for 3 years will be a good decision as its a good long term bet. please recommend other stocks....

Accumulate this stock. India Star Holds 30%. Management & Freinds hold 50%. Open offer closed in May wherein India Star cornered around 10% from retail & institutional Investors.
Now the Company has very aggressive growth plans & is earning huge rentals on its fleet of Offshore Vessels. Further, Govt has gven tax- free status.

Superb results....I think this Company will truly become Offshore Star. Is it taken over by India Star... News is after getting only 10% additional shares in Open Offer, India Star ( PE Investor with total 30% holding) is looking ways to increase its holding to own 50%. May be a Buy out is in offing... watch out....

The Company is becoming a Star leader in Offshore Services Sector. New Vessels every month they are buying worth crores of Ruppes, so earnings will go up very very fast.

Stable bet in the market. The move is solid now evident. Open offer closed in April last week at Rs.234. price trading much below. Actin expected soon. Promoters hold 32% & Foreign Fund holds 31%. Lot of accumulation has happened, stock to double now as in grip of strong hands. Company also got many vessels delivered & more to be acquired now.... Please keep this stock for stable investment returns.
