Allied Digital Services Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Limited Liability Company Interest Purchase Agreement dated July 09, 2008, that the Company have signed with En Pointe Technologies Sales Inc., the Company has completed allotment of 7,45,000 fully paid up Equity Shares of Allied Digital Services Limited to En Pointe Technologies Sales Inc., on November 26, 2008.
