Ramsarup Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that shareholders of the Company in their duly convened Annual General Meeting on November 29, 2008 has declared the Dividend @ 2.5% instead of 20% as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company on the equity share capital of the Company, 5% on the 5% redeemable cumulative preference share capital and 4% on the 4% redeemable cumulative preference share capital of the Company....

Ramsarup Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that merger committee of Directors of the Company in its duly convened meeting on November 26, 2008 has allotted 1,75,74,052 nos. of shares of Ramsarup Industries Limited as per swap ratio of 2 shares of Ramsarup Industries Limited for every 5 shares held in Ramsarup Lohh Udyog Limited (transferor company) as per scheme of amalgamation approved by the Honble High Court at Calcutta....

S. Aftab as an additional Director. (2) Approved the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company on November 29, 2008.
