I think moser baer home entertainment is also a subsidiary and when it started to make profits they sold it on a slump sale basis to anoter private co of the same management,am i correct ?...

to my knowledge is u r a share holder of moser baer india ltd. then u will get ure share of the solar pie, in very near future....it is a subsidiary company and not something that can simply vanish. be patient, it has fallen enough, 87-90 is the stoploss, 12month target is 450-490rs per share. happy investing

Everybody is very optimistic about the solar division of moser baer.But nobody, either from the management or analyst community is not sure whether the share hoders of listed moser baer will get anything from this subsidiary.will the management de-merge this subsidiary and made a public issue without giving anything to the share holders of the listed parent co ???.CNBC interviewd the CFO of this company many times,but even they are not asking such a questuin.Pls clarify for the investors.If they do like the case of Moser baer home entertainment,every investors will be fools at the time of the commencement of production of solar facility.

Going by the consolidation pattern and price stability in 90 to 110 range, I can see consistent MF and retail buying happening in Moser baer.
Likely handsome gains on some positive news in this counter in next 3 moths. Buy in 100 -120 range. ...

I wont touch this stock untill its balance sheet commands a buy! With sales and expenses growing in tandem sqeezing the margins and declining profits, its not the best of the investment opportunities available today. I would suggest wait until clarity emerges.
Technically, it was a buy when it formed a double-bottom at 89.3. Ever since the stock has fallen. Next resistance level would be 120. A decisive break below 89 would confirm the downtrend. For now, stay away!

Yes, there may be a blood bath today....never mind, we all investors have already lost 70% value of our stocks but selling at this juncture in panic would certainly keep you out of your future.....out of market. so dear collegues....dont ever think to sell yr holding.....it will rebound from 3600/3300 and that is very sure...trust in our economy and think the US bailout amount of 700 billions. The FII\\`s have invested 6 billion in Indian market but they are dictating our market...if we get 5% of that amount in our growing market...what would be then....the market may touch the sky and sensex may be near to 35000....so dont panic and be quite...watch the drama which is not going to last longer and sure we will get back our hard earned money. Think it seriously, be silent and do nothing...only watch silently….this is the mantras of this hour....

Dear vamsi, I feel it is not good to enter Moser Baer on the rise. Since ECB norms raised, infra sector get a good advantage as per y/days news. So good to focus on infra sector. Suggestions GMR Infra, HCC and other leading infra stocks. Keep a watch and take postions for long term.
