Not beaten down enough compared to other midcap stocks.I wanted to buy in big qty. at around 250,but was not able to do the same as price nver reached at that point...

Advanta India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:

1. Ratified the "Pre-IPO Employee Stock Option and Shares - Plan 2006" which was approved by the Board of Directors on September 13, 2006 and approved by the members in their 12th Annual General Meeting held on September 20, 2008.
