Projecta can be completeded but what about the realisation of the margins, In real estste sector the what seems to be the worrying factor is the high interest rate for the consumers and also the gestation or the time lag in accurals of revenue to the company...

every one has difnt strategy. i never make stop loss. so wont suggest that. remain invested for another 6 months. buy more if you have money.

Hi,
looking to clear the air by starting a new discussion thread on Brigade. People who can't have a civil discussion are not invited- period. For the rest of you I would like to get your feedback on the outlook of the Realty space in general and Brigade in particular. I am one of those who got about 50 odd shares allotted during the IPO and tried to average out and finally gave up around 150 levels. My current average price is around 210. Should I buy some more in order to bring my average cost down to below 200 level in anticipation of recovery or buyback at a price-point greater than 200 or just find a more worthy stock to put my hard earned money into !

Brigade Enterprises Ltd has announced the following Un-Audited results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008:
The Company has posted a net profit for the period of Rs 265.60 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 as compared to Rs 1029.59 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007. Total Income has decreased from Rs 4941.53 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 to Rs 1322.97 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2008.
The figures for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 are audited....

Thank you for kind words. Your words are like soothing balm from the wounds recd from such indecent people like Mr.Nodick.
In fact, I never wanted to write on this thread again, but Mr.Nodick\\`s decency seems to have crossed all limits. I do not know how the mmb moderator is keeping quiet and letting such indecent, vulgar messages to be displayed here. Why are such people allowed to post messages here?.
They are spoiling the atmosphere. This forum is for exchanging ideas and views on investments, but the topic is being repeatedly diverted towards unwanted and useless issues.
I have no more to add in this thread. I will not answer or reply, however Mr.Nodick provokes me.
I am sorry to all of you for being a part in stretching this discussion towards a useless and unwanted road.

Dear kenrmss,I think the CNBC moderator who is handling this board seems to be allowing offensive messages for some reason, Sometimes I had wondered if he was posting the messages himself or getting it posted by his close associate, by the way the responses had been from the moderator to all this dirty and offensives from nodick on this board

Shame shame on you ..really. You are investing since 1991 and still investing in IPO at top of boom run at unrealsitc prices and then blame promoters.
You have invested in 230 companies of Bangalore :)). Most of must be junk like you as hardly 50 companies from Bangalore are having regular price quotation.
If you ask any smart or successsfull investor they will say one should have 15-20 companies in their portfolio or maximum 30. Only idiots and foolish can invest more than 200 companies.
Investing since 1991 does not mean the person is smart of more knowledgable. Your blunders and mistakes done over the time can not be said experience when person himself doesn\\`t learn from past mistakes and blaming external environment like promoters,brokers,govt ,exchange etc
