Balkrishna Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 26, 2008, the Board inter-alia took the following decisions: 1) The Board has approved the appointment of Shri Bansat Kumar G. Bansal, as an additional Director w.e.f. July 26, 2008 and the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. August 01, 2008, designated as a Director (Finance), subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. 2) The Board has accepted the resignation of Shri T C Goel, Whole Time Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company, w.e.f. July 26, 2008....
