DELHI PROPERTY BUILDER already OFFERING 30-40 PERCENT DISCOUNT ON MAKAN ,FLAT
IN USA we can buy 3 bedroom flat in 2-3 lakhs(it was near 1 core last year in 2007) and mall,metro,swimming pool everything is there ,
SO that wait indian property will fall more then 50-70 percent in DELHI,NCR AND BIG CITIES
INDIAN PROPERTY NEED 70 PERCENT CORRECTION IN DELHI,NCR MUMBAI,PUNE,AND IN CHANDIGARH IT WILL FALL 70-90 PERCENT...

Property delhi NCR is available on 30-35 percent discount this time ,but donot buy Property for 4-5 years it will fall,because internatinal Funding is close in Real Estate ,
There is no money from international banking,International bank jo khud diwaliya ha HAMARE YANHA KASIE INVEST KARNENGE ,THEY WILL TAKE 3-4 YEARS FOR RECOVERY

When market was 13-14 k they said it is bottom and good opprtuniy for buying ,what now it is again lost 4000 point from thats level
So property correction is started now from last 4-5 month and in next year property correction in sept 2009 will be on Peak

and save uor self and donot buy fresh property for 3-4 years invest in AGRICULTuER LAND only,
tractor chalo aur ash karo ganv mein kheti karo 5 ke 50 karna band karo
are bahiye mere msge ki piachee kyon pade ho, bec of u people haamne share buy kiye 22k per and we lost our 80 percent money in market
now becuase of u people property price still fake and ,money innocent people will be trap ,
and tum logo ne 5 lakhs ka flat 50 lakhs kar diya tha delhi mein
abb dekhne it will down and touch again 5 lakhs ,sattebaji ki limit hoti ha
...
