AXIS Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of Directors of the Bank on July 15, 2008 has made the allotment of 1,43,157 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to 35,87,07,688 equity shares from 35,85,64,531 equity shares.
