Dear amitg74, Mr.S Jindal wants the scrip to be beaten very badly, what can poor investors like you & me do, Mr.Jindal is more interested to play politics with Mr.Ram Vilas Paswan for the UPA than look at the interest of his shareholders.
It is probably known to all that he was one of the person who had backed the Hon.Misnister to pass a ressolution prohibitting the Steel companies from increasing the prices of steel, eventhough the earlier agreement was they could from August 2008 due to the increase in the input costs.
Mr.S.Jindal with his congress lobby had been able to do very little for removing the export duties or even get a level playing field for steel companies and mine owners in this country...

There is abosolutely no information about this Pyxis Solutions,LLC, a new york limited liability company , expect that it is in the core business of testing etc.
Do you have any information about the last 3 year record of this company, their clientelle, turnover, revenue etc etc.what is BAT's role in this accquisition through ITC Infotech (USA)Inc, what is this 12A & 13L ,Subsidary to the subsidary etc, something fishy washy in real sense.
I feel the minority investors i.e. the public will probably have the right to know the details of the same deal etc,I dont know what the corporate law has to say on the foriegn subsidaries of Indian companies are they governed by the laws of the country they are loacated.
It is always beter for ITC has a scrip to see a bottom at Rs.150.00 160.00 , consolidate from there and the move beyond Rs.200 to Rs.220.00 , otherwise it will remain a range bound stock tugged away between 160.00 to 194.00....

Shanthi Gears had denied of any talks with Suzlon in the first place and Suzlon is non committal of the deal, hence lets not be in autopian dream.
As I had been always saying Shanthi gears management are a group of conservative crowd who will not give up control easily, that's the reason they have a trustby some name which hold 10% of their stakes managed by trustee's who are not in any real sense have business background.
Even the talk of a portion of the stake sales or a JV will only come through if the current management is proactive to give off their control of the company, another option will be for like minded conservative companies like TVS Group from Tamilnadu to buy out Shanthi gears as a vertical intergration strategy...

I had read the article, but both NDTV or the CNBC had not taken this up for their review in their visual media for some reason not known, they could have lined up MRPL officials to comment on this for the benifit of the investors and the Govt of india which is major stake holder through ONGC.
Media is always interested in Pvt playes like Reliance etc with their stories ,rather than supporting events and business of public sector companies like MRPL,NEYVELI etc...

How come PURU knew the buy back even before the media got the wind, but your expectation of Rs.325 for this scrip is farfetched I feel.
You can see for yourself how the scrip of Rain commodities had taken a beating in the brouses.
I am sorry if my words have hurt anyone in particular, my intention is place the point of view of investors like me on this board so that the media and certain responsible public take this up appropriately for the interest of investors...

Dear Ranjit72, he is probably one of the reddy's himself, how come he was so sure of the buy back. Why is the price of the scrip declining after this announcement?Like I had always mentioned that the motives are a suspect, alas no one looks into the interest of the poor investors in India.
The Reddy's with their influence with the rulling Congress Govt in AP probably feels that they can get away with anything, well let them understand their are some bueraucrats who are still damn right honest in India ...
