Manjushree Extrusions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2008, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the half year / quarter ended September 30, 2008.

2. To consider and approve the Interim Dividend for the FY 2008-09 and to fix the record date for payment of dividend, if declared at the meeting.

3. To consider the statement of deployment of issue proceeds in the project....

Hello Sir i baught Manjushree @47 rupees now it is 16rupees.. so what is the time to reached to that price or please tell me will it reached to that price or not and also tell me when will the scrip opend in NSE,
