It is strange that IFCI is considering strategic partner now when price is hovering at 37-42 range after aborting the issue at 108 on not very serious issues. Only mgmt headed by Atul Rai know it better if it is an attempt to benefit somebody at the cost of all other shareholders including govt. of India and numerous FI.
