looking at the latest annual report : it looks like at the consolidated level the company is holding investments in CESC and KEC international that are worth at least 40cr and a few other that add up to around 60cr., while the market cap of the company is around 22cr....seems like a pretty cheap way to play the overall market...

what is the value of the investments these guys are holding on their balancesheet currently? a few months ago it was around 195 cr, now the compnay\\\'s market cap is 25cr, so would like to know whats going on here..
