Ai Champdany Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has decided to effect Stock-Split of its Equity Share Capital, which have already been approved by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 29, 2008 and after AGM the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 29, 2008 have fixed the Record date as September 18, 2008 for the purpose of subdivision of Equity shares of the Company....
