Ok boss. Your logic is decent but it does not consider one important and very fundamental priciple of investing - that is investing in companies with trustworthy management. This company painted a false picture after it's good Q3 FY08 results and hid the fact that these profits were mostly from stock market operations and not the brokerage business. Why would ANYONE trust the company again as long as current management is in control ?...

Pyramid is a one man show. Is there any 2nd rung management worth the name ? ...

Why people still confuse this stock with elite education players like Educomp i really cannot understand. To make this mistake was OK when details of the education division were unknown in the pre-merger days. Not now, now it is criminal to make that mistake....

yes.. very valid point raised by you. This company is in the initial growth phase and you will find that it will be run like a entrepreneur run sole proprietor firm. Well , if you ask me is it not risky? I would say this is required till the co. grows and you has processes and systems in place. Quick decision making is required at this stage. More layers and more structures will hamper growth now. This co. is in a phase where you blink and you miss. Somebody as focussed and committed as PS is required to anchor. The kind of command he has on the industry and subject , leave aside the unwavering commitment and dedication, rest assured it will reach where it should.....If you wish to have 10-20% of your portfolio for sunrise industry, this IS THE STOCK... ...
