Hb Stockholdings Limited had informed the Exchange regarding the Resolution wherein the Board of the Company resolved to forfeit 16,51,094 Equity Shares relating to 18,583 Equity Shareholders who fails to pay the outstanding call money along with the over due interest thereon with in the extended time fixed by the Board in this behalf. The Company has now informed the Exchange that "Now, one of the shareholders of the Company has submitted sufficient proof to our Share Transfer Agent and Registrar that Call money in respect of their shares has been paid by them well before the due date, and has requested to annul the forfeiture of her equity shares.
