GE Capital Transportation Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 13, 2008 to August 20, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held August 20, 2008.

Further the Company has informed that, in view of losses no dividend was recommended.
