JCT Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2008, to consider the following:

1. Hiving-off / sale of one of the Textile Unit at Sriganganagar and seeking approval from the members of the Company u/s 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956; and

2. Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 after Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors....

it will never reach 18 in 100 years. so buy another 1000 at 6, so you can average it and exit if it goes to 7.50 in another 6 months , which i again doubt. wait n watch... a dud stock.... dumb management... crap crap crap.....
