Dear Sharkk, Reliance Capital is likely to fall below 700 in the month of August. Once it hits its lowest point, it is unlikely to fall again below the bottom seen in August. But Reliance Capital is not the only high beta stock which will crack badly. JP ASSOCIATES, RNRL and IFCI are other stocks which will collapse in the coming days. There is a shortage of diesel supply across the country.... oil marketing companies purposefully despatching less quantity to reduce losses.... few pvt companies already selling at 50% premium to govt price.... because of election year,politicians are not interested to increase the prices.... instead of shortage of supply,they can rise the prices and make diesel available to every body.... pl note that few black marketers enjoying in this situation.... Govts should remove all the taxes and duties completely to reduce the burden on oil companies.... I dont be surprised if the diesel price reach to tripple digit mark in coming years.... pl note that even at 100 rupees,the diesel is sligtly cheaper than the premium beer.......
