HDFC Bank, Yes Bank to pick up stake

Leading private sector lenders HDFC Bank and Yes Bank have emerged among entities interested in buying over 30 per cent stake in the proposed commodity exchange by financial services conglomerate Indiabulls and state-run trading firm MMTC.
While HDFC Bank is said to have evinced interest in picking up around 10 per cent strategic stake in the bourse, Yes Bank is believed to be looking for a 5-10 per cent equity

Omaxe repays Rs 180 Crores to Indiabulls

Omaxe Ltd has announced that the Company had availed a term facility of Rs 3,00,00,00,000/- (Rupees Three Hundred Crores) from Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd on December 04, 2007 for a period of three years. For this purpose, M/s. Constellation Capital Ltd, one of the promoters of the Company had pledged 2,50,58,000 (Two Crores Fifty Lacs Fifty Eight Thousand only) Equity Shares of the Company as collateral security with Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd.
Accordingly, 14.44% of the total Paid-Up Share Capital of the Company is pledged till date with Indiabulls Financial Services Ltd. Further, since then the Company has prepaid Rs 1,80,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Eighty Crores only) i.e. 60% of the total term facility and overall Rs 1,20,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Crores only) is outstanding as on date.

You must buy at least 50 or 100 more shares out here and sell around 350 + .......MUST SELL around 350-360 level.
398 will come for sure but buy now and sell as i told you....no need to worry as India Bulls is the best stock to be in.

Talks of the SBI-Societe Generale joint venture for custodial services hitting a road block won’t impact the French financial giant’s life insurance venture with Indiabulls, sources said.
Media reports suggested the Reserve Bank of India had reservations over some adverse developments for SocGen this year, including a $7 billion charge from a rogue trader.
However, it is learnt that both Indiabulls (which will own 74% in the venture) and SocGen have already submitted the first level clearance for the proposed JV to the Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority (Irda). Clearance is expected in a month’s time.
Sources told DNA Money Indiabulls had received RBI clearance for entering the insurance business, and had submitted the R1 (the first of three stages before Irda grants clearance) application a month ago. The R1 requires prospective companies to include all details of the venture, including shareholding pattern and business plans.
The initial equity is said to be around Rs 350-400 crore.
