Western India Shipyard Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 37,20,500 Equity Shares to the Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India of Rs 2/- each at a premium of Rs 10.39 paise per share.

The same was approved by circular resolution passed by the majority of the Directors on the Board on November 06, 2008....

Check the SEpt 08 qtr. result. The turnover is rs 20 crores, much more than previous qrts. good time ahed? any body knows about court result?...

i have 100 shares oh western india shipyard physically and i sent for d mat but they returned to me without d mat i dint know why plese tell me what to now ?
