Blue Dart Express Ltd has informed the Exchange that Consequent to the presence of Mr. Greg Tanner, Director in the State of Maharashtra, where Board Meetings are generally held, Mr. Thomas Murphy acting as an Alternate Director to Mr. Greg Tanner, vacated his office under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. Further the company has informed that in the meeting the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 31, 2008, the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Thomas Murphy as an Alternate Director to Mr. Greg Tanner with effect from August 01, 2008....
