Agreed. Here's the reason.

Kolte patil has utilized only 14 crores from the money raised from IPO, which is 276 Crores. It has 262 crores in either bank or in debt funds.

THis means that kolte patil wont have any cash related problems in the near future. A bookvalue of 60+ confirms the same
