Madhav Marbles And Granites Limited has informed the Exchange that the members of the Company have considered and approved the following matters at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, held on September 30, 2008: (1) Approved the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008. (2) Approved and Declared the dividend at the rate of 10% (Re.1/- per equity share) on equity share capital of the company. (3) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Raj Singh Dungarpur, as Director of the Company. (4) Approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi K Krishnamurthi, as Director of the Company. (5) Approved the appointment of M/s Nyati & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors of the Company....

Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have considered & approved the following:

1. Approved the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008.
