Bhagwati Banquets And Hotels Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on July 24, 2008:(1) The Board Of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend @ 10% i.e. Re. 1/- per Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended on March 31, 2008. (2) The Board of Directors further announced the following Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2008 & Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended as on June 30, 2008 : The Result for the year ended March 31, 2008: The Company has posted a profit after tax of Rs. 1003.86 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs. 291.95 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2007. Total income has increased from Rs. 3579.36 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2007 to RS. 6271.98 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2008. The Result for the quarter ended June 30, 2008: For the Quarter ended June 30, 2008, the Net profit after tax is Rs. 154.17 Lacs and the total income is Rs.1337.16 Lacs.
