Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 24, 2008, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Consideration and adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and profit & Loss account of the Company for the year ended on that date together with the Reports of Auditor s and Director thereon.

2. Reappointment of Shri. Yagnesh D Vyas as Director.

3. Reappointment of Statutory Auditor M/s. O P Bhandari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad, to hold office from the conclusion of this AGM upto the conclusion of next AGM.

4. Re-appointment of Shri. Manoj B Vadodaria as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company for five years, w.e.f April 01, 2008 with revised terms & conditions as mentioned in the Notice of the meeting.

5. Increase in Borrowing Powers of the Company from Rs 50 Crores to Rs 100 Crores.
