Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has informed BSE that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2008, inter alia, has issued and allotted 648 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up of the Company to its employees in exercise of options granted to them under Allcargo Employee Stock Option Plan 2006. With the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 223,625,290 divided into 22,362,529 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up to Rs 223,631,770 dividend into 22,363,177 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
