Kamat Hotel - An Excellent Buy

What will be the extend of the equity dilution after the bonds convert? Please enlighten me on this as this has been keeping me away from this stock....

At around Rs. 100, Kamat Hotels is an excellent buy. To me, it is not a trading stock, but a medium to long term investment oppourtunity. The reasons are as follows:
- Book value of Rs. 122 for a Rs 10 FV stock, trading at a PE of around 6.
- In the next 9 months, the company will be adding around 800 rooms.
- The expansion will be funded through internal accurals, borowwings & increase in equity contribution by promoters.
- The current promoter stake is 73% and the free float with general public is around 12%.

All these factors make Kamat Hotels and intresting investment. From a trading perspective, if the market were to bounce back, we are likely to see quick recovery in this counter to a price of about Rs. 125.

i have been buying from 200 levels and am continuing to buy at 100 levels. god bless u and ur prediction. any reason why volumes are as low as 1000 shares a day...
