Sobha Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2008, inter alia, due to augment the long term resources of the Company, the Board has unanimously decided to issue shares on Rights basis, to the existing shareholders up to Rs 3,500 Million only (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Million only) in accordance with the present provisions of law, Rules & Regulations.
