i mean to say just because of this announcement you are saying this stock will go up is not the right meaning.
i feel there is some hidden worth which we do not know may be that can be one of the reason for the growth story to unfold.

why no mutual fund has bought this share and why is there no liquidity in this stock very low trading and it was and will remain more of a holding company

Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange with reference to Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited and Jindal India finvest & Holdings Limited and Jindal India Powertech Limited and their respective shareholders. The Company had informed the Exchange that they had filed application under Section 391 and Section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 with Allahabad High Court for issuing the directions for holding the meeting of shareholders for approval of the said scheme. Honble High Court vide its order dated July 01, 2008 fixed up September 06, 2008 for holding the meeting of shareholders and creditors for approval of the said scheme. The Company has now informed the Exchange that, as per the directions of Honble High Court at Allahabad, the Composite Scheme of De-merger and Amalgamation under Section 391 and Section 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 between Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited, Jindal India Finvest & Holdings Limited and Jindal India Powertech Limited has been approved by the following on September 06, 2008: 1. By the Unsecured Creditors of Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited. 2. By the Equity Shareholders of Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Limited. 3. By the Equity shareholders of Jindal India Finvest & Holdings Limited. 4. By the Equity shareholders of Jindal India Powertech Limited. 5. By the Unsecured Creditors of Jindal India Powertech Limited. The Company has further informed the Exchange that, the company is now proceeding with filing of Final Petition with Honble High Court for approval of above said scheme.
