split date will be announced by sept. So will it be in oct-nov sometime? And for each 1 share, we will get 10 shares. wow, so it should be around 120-130 at the moment (if after split the price to come to 12 to 13 rupees)....

pal from wer did u get this FIIs share holding information? its not correct.. in fact FIIs share has come down to zero in Dec09 from more than 3% in sept09. stock prices crashed due sudden exit of FIIs only... i just wanted to sahre this information.. no offence please.. happy investing...

Promoters holding is positive but EPS is not 23 rupees. It is less than 5 Rs. Just to raise QIP funds, some of the companies are raising the prices. I am not blaming the current company as I do not know facts but some companies are doing like this. Look at the valuation whether they are worthy before investing...

Dude if you have 1000FCS then u will receive 10,000 share dude. Record date will be 1 week or 2 week of september. After split it wil be 12 or 13.

Also it will not stand as a penny script , it will move towards north soon. Circuit limit will move it to 5% at that time. Its jackpot share.... buy soon......

FCS will go 10% circuit filter from tomorw. Hold it tightly for huge gain. Wait for share split closing date. My target is 85 to 95 short term. After spliting it wil be 12 to 15/- rs. 1:10 ratio...

Share face value will be divided into 10 times of current value... it means currently its 10, from the date of announcement it wil be 1/-.

Above action result: U wil get 10 times of share wht u have currently.. eg: if u have 100, then u will receive 100*10=1000 shares. But its price will also become down on announcemnet date.

My view is price will touch 80 - 90 rs shorly. also BSE is not put ths share in circut limiter. so this 20% will continue for one or 2 days. and it wil go 10% for 2 or 3 days. al d best.

Buy this multibagger and wait for one month to get multifold profit....
