Why would the share price rise if there is no benefit for the shareholders? The price would not rise simply because it will have a good earning over the next 2 years if it cannot reward the shareholders handsomely.
Shareholders get rewards in the form of dividends (sooner or later). If you take records of all multi-baggers (most of them, exceptions are always there), you would see that they have shared their profit with the shareholder and shown continuous earning potential, thus keeping the shareholders interested and created demand for the company equity, thus also rewarding the shareholders handsomely in the form of price escalation.
As we all know, sugar is a cyclic story. Many have diversified their business to take care of this phenomenon to some extent but it cannot be done fully. If the sugar company cannot share their profit when they are raking mullah then do you expect they will extend the favour 2 years down the line when the scenario would not at all be favourable for this kind of profit? There will be a glut then and the sugar prices will crash. So will the sugar share prices!!!...

In my opinion( It is just opinion and not
allegation of any sort) TechM is scheming to
make Satyam be declared bankrupt after taking
all its business to TechM and this way share
price of Satyam will be about Rs10 or less
and when(if) Satyam is mergned with TechM
the swap ratio will be 100 or 1000 of Satyam
to one of TechM. This idea management seem
to have borrowed from me. This way ALL business will go to TechM; winners in court
will get bankrupt Satyam from which they
can not recover. As far TechM`s investment
in Satyam: Its okay only $five hundred
million gone (if gone) but year after year
TechM will enjoy $two billion sales
($six hundred million net profit) from Satyam`s clients. So better dump Satyam
stock and invest in Uttam Galva...

Telecom sector r most effewctive sectors for buying but in some companies. In private sector Airtel, Rcom and Tata only the companies which can stay for long term becuase:-
1. a Increse Spectrum charges
2.Cut termination charges
3.Pay per second plan is huge bomb on their revenues
4.Number portability
5.Established govt. brands mtnl, bsnl
6.Tata, Rcom and Airtel have capability to bear losses atleast one yr and new companies may not stay for long term in this sector
Investment in these companies with a view for 3 yrs can ive higher return. Please give ur views also....

U R ignorant.U compare 1st Jan 2009 and 23rdNov 2009 Indian market is one of d best performer in d world.Every investor has to rotate shares depend on future prospects. Now telco future is bleak so investors want to sell and reinvest in sugar IT or some other sectors which has bright future In all mature markets there r more speculators than investors and India is no exception.4 your information in FEX MARKET 99% deals r speculative and only 1% is in real activity.Reg RIL due to ongoing court case it wl underperform and that is d reason 4 investors to switch to better scrits.Nothing wrong in that....
Thank to d analyst who down graded Satyam yesterday.I bought 1000 yes at 85 which was not possible in future bcs noe it wl rise rise rise....
