This stock has no volume. It was traded today with only 2752 as volume. It is not traded at NSE in last one month. High is 619 in nov dec 2007. But low was in last may 34. debt is more than share capital. Net profit is reduced in last quarter as well net sales. Stock seems will not do well for profit. It will not give a good gain to traders. There is no company back ground, no financial details and no holdings in MF. Shardul Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Company shall publish Audited Financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 on or before June 30, 2008 and hence shall not publish / give Un-audited financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2008. on August 29, 2007, has noted the resignation of Shri. Gagan D Chaturvedi, Vice-Chairman, Promoter Director of the Company. on December 03, 2007, has noted the resignation letter dated November 28, 2007 of Shri. Mukesh T Shroff, Director of the Company. we can not recommoned this scrip to any body as the real picture of the company is not clear. regards.
