Traders are adviced not to buy anything as bloodbath is ahead for the market. See heavy selling next weak on the back of political uncertainty. No one will be spared from the bloodbath. Wait for long-term buying do not try for big buck...

We are getting week signals again in US & EMEA markets.
Here in US they announced officially that the country is in recession.

The current recession, which many economists expect to persist through the middle of next year, is already the third-longest since the Great Depression, behind only the 16-month slumps of the mid-1970s and early 1980s.

Confirmation that the nation is in a recession and signs pointing to a prolonged downturn sent Wall Street plunging once again Monday, hurtling the Dow Jones industrials down more than 460 points and erasing a huge chunk of last week`s big gains. All the major indexes fell more than 5 percent.

I think we will have a week session in India once again today.

I would say there’s no pint in buying the stocks for another 2 to 4 months.

Just play with indexes: NIFTY, DOW, NASDAQ etc if you are a trader. You can do medium-term SHORT on these indexes. And, when you expect short rallies you can start doing LONG for very short time say a week or so to earn quick bucks.

Gold once again at 700 to 730 USD /ounce level will be the smartest investment, in case you will see that level in the near future. Right now its being traded at 772 USD/ounce.

Yeah- once again NO STOCKS for now!!!

Regards,
Sunny!

Great Kalyan,
Ofcourse every physical principle works here. fundamental analyst don`t know only economics , so they argue. But I assume they should hear about `elasticity` also in their subject which is from physics. When some external force (buying) applies on a stock it changes it`s shape (value and volume) and it remain it`s original state when we removed force (no need to sell as another negative external force or gravity, just to stop buying). Here the original state is the actual worth of stock. I can give few examples for this type of behaviour : Deccan Gold mines (17 to 147 and remain it`s own now), Silverline technologies, IFCI etc.,

Dear gkp – Good morning, thanks for your good words. I was delighted by knowing that you are ‘geophysicist’. I love the physics but my education and job no way connected to it. Especially I am very interested to know new events subjected to the ‘astrology’. From physics I will obey to the “Newton’s third law”: ‘For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.’
Of course I may not be exactly right in writing the third law, but I will apply it to most of the issues in my life like in economics.
Most of the fundamental analysts might argue by connecting the Physics with economics but I will try to use the physics in economics in some cases. Don’t call me as “”Phyoeconomist” as I am using new combinations :)
I wish to give a example for this, when our economy assuming as a ball and is going with a mac speed (I can say it would be around 8-9 like our GDP) at some point if there is any hurdle (like financial crisis) then it comes back (like current bear market) in the same time to the initial point (like period of consolidation.) So as in newtons third law, markets will return back in the same magnitude and direction (like vector quantity).
So, after all reaching the initial stage again third laws comes into the picture and we are going to see upward move!
I think you too enjoyed my article as I.
With thanks

Thanks for compliment Kalyan,
I am a Geophysicist, I can give this type of explanations as every thing relates to natural principles (of course physics principles falls in nature`s) in share market too.
