A lot of talk has been delivered to share holders of ths group.It is time for peformance display. I donot know whether King Fisher investment is going to help or affect this UB group. Any way the group has to display some good perfromce from all its companies to earn investors condfidence. A lot was expected from this company....

Mcdowell Holdings Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 21, 2008 have decided not to recommend any dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008. The Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2008 to September 22, 2008 (both days inclusive). The Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 22, 2008.
