hi guys one of my friend got his divident cheque today by post. i still havent got mine are there other people who still havent receievd it? where can we complain if we still dont get it after a week also?...

Swamy i had sent a detailed reply on sunday but its not come....

NMDC is not only an ore cos but also into other metals incl precious stones.... Sesa Goa mine is getting depleted... inst r selling it...

It will become an integrated player once RINL is merged...

Buy NMDC around 200... ...

yes, i know kudremukh is doing well now a days. the company is back in the black after losses of so many years.

but nmdc is not an investment grade stock i feel.
sesa goa has 1/2 the profits of nmdc's annual profit. but valuation wise, nmdc trades 10 times higher than sesa goa? isn't that strange?

better buy sesa goa rather than nmdc.

what do you feel? please reply.

Nmdc Limited has informed the Exchange that: "The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the draft Merger scheme of Sponge Iron India Limited, Hyderabad (SIIL) with NMDC Limited, Hyderabad through acquisition of shares of SIIL by NMDC. Premium for nmdc is because :

1. only 1 % float
2. nmdc has one of the finest ores.... yet to realise the price
3. Sesa goa mines might get depleted by another 3 years which is why all inst r selling it....
4. NMDC is a giant. It also produces other minerals.... recently it has got clearence from SC for daimond mining...
5. if RINL is merged, it will become an intergrated player

nmdc is a long term story... buy it low and keep trading when momentum is there
...
