With Crude expected to stabilize, inflation control measure will keep interest high for quiet some time thereby putting pressure on corporates burrowings. India will still be far better compared to other economies as Monsoon 2008 appears to be normal with bountiful crop. Lets all pray a normal monsoon & bountiful crops for 2008-09.
Many bluechips valuations are now attractive for longterm investors. Now is the time to look for Bluechips....not cats & dogs category of stocks. In this market turmoil, STRICTLY KEEP AWAY FROM REALTY, FINANCE STOCKS.

[Don't touch stocks like Teledata Group,Vishal Exports,Silverline etc which are managed by crook promoters, they will ruin your capital. Don't drain your hard earned money in such stocks.]

Forthcoming relase starring century's worst singer/actor..Himesh Reshamiya, will be out of theatres after a week itself. It will be a super flop movie of the century. Those who are going to watch this movie will either leave the multiplex in an hours time or will have terrible headache.
First Himesh should give up singing itself...leave alone acting. He is murdering Bollywood by his acting.
Wonder how Subhash Ghai gave rights for remake his classic hit with this bafoon Himesh, when he himself could have made a remake of Karz with either SRK/Hrithik/Ranbir. Who are the right choice for such theme & role.
God knows when Himesh Reshamiya will stop acting & singing both. It will be great sigh of relief to movie lovers when stops these activities.

After dipping to 32 levels, Celestial has shown once again upward march.
Celestial engaged in Drug Discovery, CRM (Contract Research & Manufacturing), Industrial Enzymes manufacturing, & IT division in ERP implementations, Bio Informatics.
Celestial has good future potential. Though investors who put their money in IPO are in losses, but its woth averaging. With maiden 10% div declaration, it has good potential.
And those who are looking for bargains from IPO debacles, then this one is a good longterm multi-bagger.

Merck India share price is losing ground. Mainly on account of:
1. It has 100% subsidiary Merck Specialities where all new products in Cardio Vascular, Gastro Intenstinal, Anti-Hypertensive, Diabetology & other life style ailment products are introduced. Several new research molecules are routed through this 100% subsidiary which doesn't come under listed entity.
2. The product range of the Listed Merck is outdated to such an extent that, every Indian pharma company is making such Vitamins & Nutrition products in India. Its basically quiet messy market for vitamins.
Its better Merck, Germany comes out with delisting open offer for its listed entity rather making listed Merck India to die on slow poison.

Dear Moderator,
It has become big problem with messages getting deleted when you are in online mode. There are miscreants who are deleting good posts. I fail to understand when you are online, how any boarder can delet the message?
When ever you are offline, boarders with rights can delete messages by marking offensive.
Please check.. today many messages of Jagdish Gaba, latikav, mine are deleted mercilessly by these miscreants.
You only can sopt those miscreants & please red flag them for deleting good posts.
Hope you will look into above serious matter.

I agree with you, A point is.... In India, poor is getting more poor & rich is more richer.
Of late, People are rushing to buy property with mad craze for purely investment purpose. Whether its corporate or individual, there is a mad rush to buy land these days. Farmers who used to plough their field with 2 bulls, working hard to produce food grain, when they find their land getting never heard high price, they are selling their farm land, buying flats/houses in urban areas, moving to bigger cities & give up farming..... buying 3G phones & driving Scorpio's/Innova's & enjoying their life & they are making their life urban. There is drastic reduction in irrigated land in the country in the last 2-3 years time. Govt has to bring some serious regulations to check the so called Realty Boom. This boom will certainly become doom for everyone over long term if not checked.
GM (Genetically Modified) food is going to be a reality very soon, though there is lot of opposition by various groups in world. But GM food will only be answer to control food shortage & price rise due to lower production. Like whole world switched to Hybrid crops in 70's.

Have you noticed? When ever any pay commission is implemented by govt, then mahengayi leaps. Same is the case in late 90's.
Increasing Population, Rapid Urbanization, Reduction in cultivated land, lack of modern methods of farming in India for higher output of food grains/vegetables, increase in fuel cost.. all these are adding to mahengayi.
We see...malls, SEZ, Modern Cities.etc..but will not see human beings with heart.
