Dhanalakshmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE about the following changes in the Board of Directors, at the Annual General Meeting held on September 27, 2008.

1. Mr. D Lakshminarayanan and Mr. Suresh Balasubramaniam, Directors have retired by rotation.

2. Mr. K Srikanth Reddy, Mr. Shailesh V Haribhakti and Mr. S Santhanakrishnan, who were appointed as Additional Directors have been appointed as Directors whose period of office is liable to determination by retirement of Directors by rotation....
