Jk Tyre & Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that "The Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 20th September 2008 have allotted 1,02,64,836 Equity Shares at a price of Rs.85/- per Equity Share (Rs.10/- towards the face value and Rs.75/- towards premium per Equity Share) in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Letter of offer dated 18th July 2008 and Basis of Allotment finalized and approved in consultation with the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (Designated Stock Exchange Limited) on 19th September 2008. Accordingly, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands enhanced to Rs.41,05,93,460/- divided into 4, 10, 59,346 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each from Rs. 30,79,45,100/- divided into 3,07,94,510 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each"....

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 20, 2008, inter alia, have allotted 1,02,64,836 Equity Shares at a price of Rs 85/- per Equity Share (Rs 10/- towards the face value and Rs 75/- towards premium per Equity Share) in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the Letter of Offer dated July 18, 2008 and Basis of Allotment finalized and approved in consultation with the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd (Designated Stock Exchange Ltd) on September 19, 2008.

Accordingly, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands enhanced to Rs 41,05,93,460/- divided into 4,10,59,346 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 30,79,45,100/- divided into 3,07,94,510 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each....
