In the Quarterly Report the co has said that TWO DIVISIONS have been transferred,How to find the performance of those two ?
Are the share holders of BAL. IND. going to benefit from the operations of those 2 ?
Was there no safer way of utilizing the the excess funds than Foreign Currency ?
Knowledgeable people may kindly help confused investors....

With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 07, 2008 regarding Record Date on October 24, 2008 for first interim dividend, Balkrishna Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 18, 2008 has decided not to declare the 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2008-2009. Therefore, the Company has cancel the Record Date fixed on October 24, 2008....
