Itd Cementation India Limited has informed the Exchange vide notes to Accounts in the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 (taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2008) that : "Pursuant to right issue offer which closed on December 15, 2007, the company alloted 5,757,690 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 415/- per share on December 31, 2007 and received Rs. 24,470.18 lakhs."
