Hi
I have not squared off my position today, the reason being nifty is closed above 3100 today also. Expecting nifty to cross above 3200 before the actual correction comes. Expecting AL to break out 17 and close well above 17.25 tomorrow. Right now I have not entered in any trade. I always do day trading in nifty futures and I will not go for any positional trades in nifty futures.
Regards
Shipelango...

Ashok leyland may come down a bit (around 15.6), before it goes up, its bit tricky on charts. If I would have been in your position I will square off the position in early morning tomorrow.
Only thing that may stop me is that nifty is in bull market.
I would leave the decision to you.
Do tell me what was your decision? Also tell me in case you are goign to enter a new trade.
Rgds,

Also watch for 3060 on nifty, if nifty goes below 3060 you can square off all your long postion. IF you are adventurous short the market as well.

Hi,
I would suggest keep your longs runnning, instead of 17.5 17.05 is key the figure now. Stop loss is 15.5
If Ashok leyland closes above 17.05, the new target as of now is 20
As per technical analysis I do ,this target will keep on reducing as time goes on.
In case you want to square off position, you can do that in early morning spike around 16.6

Hold your long. First target is 17.5
I would suggest you to hold on to long,(tgt 17.5) do not square off this at this target, let your longs run for you.
Stop loss 15.35 (Do not use this in first 30-45 minutes of trading)
But use this stop loss very strictly.
You can sit and relax if breaks above 17.5
Do not think of squaring off your postion if braks above 17.5

I am holding shares since last many years and am not doing any trading any more.
At present market is meant for trading only. Once the market stabilises then only you should think of making investment. It may take another 3-6 months time to stabilise.
Happy investing....

Of course you have to be strong if you want to survive in the market. Strong in the sense that you can patiently wait for the market to revive. There is no doubt that this market will revive again and we will be able to cross last high of 21K also but it will take its own time and I am not in a position to tell you now at least as to when it will be able to do so.
If your investment has been in right and strong shares and at right level, you need not worry at all, you will make profit but it may take sometime.
You should not borrow and invest in the market. That is a thing you must avoid as otherwise you lose on two sides - one on account of interest and second due to market fall.
You must invest only in fundamentally strong shares and should not invest on any tips. Investment on tips can give you profits sometimes, but most of the times you are bound to lose.
Invest only that money which you do not need for 3-5 years. If u keep yr investment horizon of 3-5 years, you may not feel pain of making losses unless yr investment has been in wrong scrips and at unreasonable levels in last bull run.
So in nut shell, invest in the market in a disciplined manner for LT in sound and strong companies at reasonable levels and thereby chances of making money are more.
