The medal cheer seems to have rubbed off on the markets too. The indices snapped a five session losing streak in style. Ganesh Shanbhag, CEO of SMS Financial Services is positive on MIC Electronics. Vijay Bhambwani, bsplindia.com is positive on Glenmark, Marico, RPL and Cairn.

MIC is the best scrip in its business and it has excellent scope of growth in future. Its long term target depends on how the market behaves. If market doesn't go below 13K in next 6 to 8 months then it can cross 165/170 levels where one can think to book some profits.

though bottom line fr q4 2008 v.good, but q-o-q basis there is no growth on top line.shift in generating more revenue fm media than communication. eps of 7.08 fr 2008 is above expectation.everything is good but worry on topline growth.

The results are reasonably good. The company has successfully enhanced their OPM. There are no fireworks as expected by the market. The price may not go up for the present. Volume growth may spurt in the coming quarters. Happy investing.

MIC Electronics has announced its results for the quarter ended June 2008 (Q4). The company's net sales were at Rs 93 crore versus Rs 123.3 crore. Its operating profit was at Rs 31.6 crore versus Rs 24.2 crore. Its OPMs were at 34% versus 20%.
The company's Q4 net profit was at Rs 25.3 crore versus Rs 18.7 crore.
