Jyoti Structures Ltd has informed the Exchange that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated October 08,2008 has : 1) Allotted 3,63,725 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme. 2) Granted further 13,300 Options to the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 3,63,725 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 16,31,27,780 divided into 8,15,63,890 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each....

This seems to have strong support at this 85-90 level. Buy and hold for sure profits, look at balance sheet, this is a steady earner with protected profits from both domestic and foreign orders. Buy Buy Buy these levels are rare...
