Apollo Sindhoori Capital Investments Limited has informed the Exchange that the dates of book closure, will be September 09, 2008 to September 15, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of: 1) Declaring Final Dividend @ 10% per share for the financial year 2007-08 (70% per share as interim dividend had already been paid to the shareholders during the financial year 2007-08). 2) Annual General Meeting to be held on September 15, 2008. Further, the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 will be payable to the Equity shareholders of the Company from September 17, 2008....
