There was one message which I posted in March predicting, Congress getting most seats in UP and Maywati being kicked out, thanks to SP and RJD backing out of Congress. That post was not let out by MMB most likely as MMB is a forum of NDA. Alas whether my prediction was let out or not, the fact is I was right. I must admit though that in that prediction though I had given Congress 200plus seats, and had written off Mayawati, both correct statement, I had expected BJP go into two digits or even single digits. That is yet to happen, probably because they started talking of Modi expecting Advani is a gone case.
Now I must predict another important stuff and I am not sure if MMB which did not let my previous post out for PRO NDA bias of MMB, will let this post out. My prediction is that MMB and CNBC TV18 will be gone to dogs sooner than later. Even now MMB is just a poor sick brother of itself in 2004. Soon it will just not exist! CNBC will live a bit longer before it dies.
As for markets. The last resistance of 500DMA has been taken out and so it is ALL THE WAY FOR BULLS. I continue to a bear in Stock markets but Real estate is where I keep my bullish key. In the next 4 years, that is by 2013 RE will reach such humongous levels that you would not have dreamt off. I expect land in cities like Chennai and Bangalore will easily quadruple and maybe even go up 10 times by 2013 from today`s levels, assuming no extraordinary situation like war, terrorism or something of that sort. So if you take the period 2003-2013, some land pieces would have gone up 100 times. Not even INFOSYS might match that!
Anyway we will be stuck with this Cong govt, with no commies and the RICH POOR divide will grow so much that CIVIL war will HAVE TO HAPPEN in the next 10 years. Till then ENJOY....

Who said that prices have fallen? Flat prices have fallen in major cities since most builders have been making 200-300% profit on them and with the fall their profits have come to 100%, but land prices have not shed one bit. Especially in developed places.
In Chennai and Bangalore anyone selling his land is a fool. He will never get it again. Prices of land in Chennai are actually moving up albeit slowly. NOw let me confirm the definition. Chennai means the metro and Bangalore means the city. So dont talk about Sriperumbudur or Devanahalli. In both these places buying land is your misery....

After all until the new govt is sworn in, bears can do whatever they want and I might have to eat my words to Equity Surgeon since he can get the bears to even push Sensex to 6000 and below which means Nifty at 1500. That means PC starts with 1500 takes all and sundry for a ride to 6300 (PC sells out) and then takes the market back to 1500, so that he can redo the same act if given a chance again.

There seems to be some criticising of the budget by the typically BJP oriented MMB board with hardcore pracharaks around. Now the budget was a non event, just intended to find a top for shorting the market out. For the next few months (till August or so) there is no news, so it is the time of the bear. Now to leave Stocks alone!
In 2004, I was the only one who said that NDA will be losing the election. It happened. I then predicted that BJP will be gone in the coming years. Sounds like it is yet to happen. However by the noises BJP has made over the past few weeks shows that it continues to be the BEST PARTY for HARAKARI. No party commits SUICIDE more effectively than BJP. They did it well with Advani and India Shining in 2004. Now they have multiple modes of Harakari, first poisoning then shooting their head (la Rasputin) and then falling in the well I suspect and we all know BJP does not know to swim! LOL!
So am I a Congress fan? No way. If I had to punish PC, I will have to find the entire book mentioned in the Tamil film Anniyan and find the right punishment for him. Nobody can ever take the title of CROOKEST FM from him. What does one do with a FM whose family trades? Ofcourse now that he is Home minister he must have collected his goons to save his skin. Congress is the edifice of corruption like BJP is the symbol of stupidity and arrogance.
Now pity India and Indians. Someone was trying to tell in a detailed way in another article what I always said on this board. Simply put Yatha Praja Thatha Raja is the way it is in a democracy. So we can only choose what WE ARE FIT TO CHOOSE. So we have as INDIANS a choice between the Devil (Corruption...Congress) and Deep Sea (Arrogance, Stupidity...BJP). Now we probably have a splintering of others who have at one point of time been Congressy or Jan Sanghy of yester years. These plus the funny Communists (well Prakash Karat can make anyone vomit without much effort... I suspect he eats the vomit!) make Indian politics.
What I was expecting as the result in 2009 until a few days ago was a Menagerie of parties. I did not expect what is called UPA to get a majority and I was sure that NDA wont get a majority. However BJP with its harakari is slowly moving the tables to the UPA. So it is possible that we may be having to live with PC`s budget in the coming months, though it might have sprinklings of Mayawati or Mulayums or JJs.
In net BJP is probably finding its exit from the scene, thereby not only preserving Congress but strengthening it. Congress becoming stronger at the expense of BJP is sad as it yet lets Maywatis and the likes to exist and Left can continue to chew vomit.
BJP in Karnataka is the classical example of Arrogant Idiots. Mangalore incident and Yeduyurappa show what nonsense BJP is, and unlike North Indians for whom violence is pastime, Southies abhor nonsense and violence. It will be the truth in the Lok Sabha election when BJP in Karnataka may be left with 0 seats or something close to that. So their opening in South will end with the MLA buying scheme (Operation Lotus where Lotus means Corruption!). Congress will have so man leaders and will buy leaders like Siddu and Bangu that in the end nobody knows who is in which party. Ofcourse they are clear that whatever happens they need to make their money! LOL! Finally JD is a family game.
In most other states the scheme of things are the same except for the nomenclature.
In summary, if BJP continues to be what it always was, a party of rowdy ruffians, talking arrogantly, then the corrupt anti people Congress will march to the next Lok Sabha effortlessly and the bunch of Left sponsored vomit eaters will just play the OPPORTUNIST game as they always did.
India will be as it has been and as it will be, just moving around, like an elephant that is inebriated by small gains and sad that the last sugarcane was stolen! Jai Hind....

I would not have cared to answer you Sam, but my visit to Malleswaram is making me do it. I dont care about Queen`s road and by what your political inclinations say it must be Congress party office there.
Malleswaram is a nice place, no doubt, but it was a much better place a couple of years ago before BJP put up its stupid office/s there. Yday, with BJP sadly winning a few seats, the road was up with milling crowd. I am a visitor there and my people are not FULLY affected by the milleau, but look at the poor folks on the road who have lived there for decades. Just one stupid BJP office and they cant even come out of their house. The policemen there actually feel bad that they are stuck with the BJP fools there, I did talk to two of the traffic guys.
Now if you want to write back some smirky remarks, you may Sam. The truth is BJP is a crazy party which brings what I call MAD North Indian culture. They come to another place and try to not accept the place, but rather push their views there. How else can one explain what you called a nice place, Malleswaram, turning into a road full of traffic and chaos.
