Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that "Today i.e. on 8th August, 2008, We will be launching our Three Screens Multiplex at Faridabad, Haryana. The multiplex will be open to the audiences with most awaited and most looked-forward movie of the year "Singh is Kinng". This multiplex is having capacity of 730 seats including 16 recliner seats. The Three screens multiplex will offer patrons out of the world experience - "Cinemaxperience". With this addition, We will have total 21 theatre properties, 62 screens and 16778 seats"....

Cinemax India Ltd has informed BSE that on August 08, 2008, the Company will be Launching
its Three Screens Multiplex at Faridabad, Haryana.

Cinemax India Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Section 192A(2) of the Companies Act, 1956, read with the Companies (Passing of the Resolution by Postal Ballot) Rules, 2001, that the resolutions appended below are proposed to be passed as Special Resolutions by way of Postal Ballot: 1) Special Resolution to accord the consent of the Company for alteration of the Object Clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. 2) Special Resolution to accord the consent of the Company for approving the Commencement of new business. 3) Special Resolution to accord the consent of the Company for Issue of Securities. The Company has appointed Mr. Virendra Bhatt, Practising Company Secretary as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner. The duly completed postal ballot form should reach the Scrutinizer on or before the close of working hours on September 08, 2008.
