Dear Friends:
The NIFTY Spot lost about 300 Points from about 10.00 Hrs./27-10-2008 to 13.00 Hrs./28-10-2008 and the NIFTY Spot gained about 300 Points from about 13.00 Hrs./27-10-2008 to 15.30 Hrs/27-10-2008.So volatility is anywhere upto 300 Points on each side.
But the range of the NIFTY Spot keeps declining and is now at
2250 - 2550.
It is unlikely to touch 2600 but it may touch 2000.
So those who give technical calls are out of touch with reality. They bury their heads in their charts sitting on their armchairs.
Charts do not reflect the environment and the environment is confirmed as intensly bearish.
So wait, wait, wait. Cash is king and its wise only to invest in Bank F.D.s (may be short term).
Too bad, but True.
Wish all a Happy New Year to cut losses.

I know who is J_wala. I am a Bull if J_wala loans me, say, 50 Cr.
In 3 years since the market will be a J_wala Bull and I can sell that for Rs150 Cr. I will give J-wala 149 Cr. and be happy to keep only 1 Cr.
I dont know who is Sharma. But you should immediatelly report him to SEBI as his Bear shortselling has brought our markets to dire straits.

The old foggies of the BSE want all kinds of regulations now - Ban Shortselling. Soon they will say close the NSE and let the brokers go back to shouting may be on the street.
No Exchanges, only investor-broker-jobber
tickets like the the good old days.

Dear Roameri, The last hour Fall is the concern, Because generally markets plays like this. First Half hour : SENTIMENT ( SINCE USA markets are UP over 400 points , and europe in the green Investors started Buying ) , so our market goes up. ( Novice Traders taking the positions ) 10:30 to 2:30 : TUG of WAR between Bulls and Bears. ( both long or short cutting down positions ) 2:30 to 3:30 Final Hour: generally decides the major Trend on which way the market should go. and the professional traders taking positions. On monday since USA markets slided our initial reaction should be Gap down, If there is a huge gap up it will get filled up soon, and we may see some green ticks all around, If it`s flat opening then there will be pains.....

Dear Roameri, Buying a good stocks in staged manner will provide long term benifits. If some one having 1 Lakh for investment, use only 25 % at one time, Then wait for either a price correction or Time correction to buy another 25 %, and so on... In another 2 to 3 years all the discounted shares will be going for premium....
